This Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information during and after your vehicle purchase, including new Hyundai vehicles and used vehicles of any make or model and when the vehicle is delivered to Essendon Hyundai for service repair or maintenance

• CCTV footage: For security purposes we have CCTV cameras in some of our locations and your image may be recorded.

We will do this where we have collected your Personal Information directly from you and it would be reasonably expected that your Personal Information would be used for direct marketing purposes.
