At Essendon Hyundai, we share your concern over privacy.

Your personal information must be shared within the Essendon Hyundai Group for administration of the warranty program, as required by law. You may elect to have no other communication with us, other than is related to these warranty-related issues and customer satisfaction measures.

However, we wish to maintain an on-going relationship with you, as a member of the Essendon Hyundai family. What does Essendon Hyundai do with your personal information? We use your personal information for the purposes of - fulfilling our ongoing obligations (including warranty, recall, and other related activities) to you as the owner/driver of a vehicle we have sold or responding to any inquiries or comments that you make to us. We may also use it for customer service requirements, direct mail & market research.

At any time you may opt out of receiving any communications from us (other than as required for our primary purpose or by law).

Who will Essendon Hyundai disclose your personal information to? We may disclose your personal information on a confidential basis to the advisors, consultants and contractors it ordinarily engages for the above purposes; its related companies. Essendon Hyundai will take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
